    While this is clinical useful, I feel as thought the manner in which is was filmed somewhat trivialised the procedure and the patient to some degree

    Terrible. You should not show this. This is not a medical intervention. It looks like a terrorism. It is a bad example of practice. Please remove this video from the net.

    Don’t know what is up with comments 2-4 being negative but looked pretty textbook to me.

    Question: Do you find that usually patients do become as hypertensive as this one (~150 sys.) and do you find fentanyl a better substitute for HTN-risk patients.

    I think the people who wrote above are confused about the words anesthesia and sedation.

    he looked neither properly sedated nor properly covered in terms of analgesia…plus its ketofol.
